I questioned why so many people traveled to here, until totality. It was just amazing.

After totality, you could see the moon blocking the sun from the crescent shadows.

Those were neat, but totality was just amazing. It was one of the first time I’ve ever let out a wow in a non-sarcastic fashion.

I live well outside the totality but still saw 60-70% coverage. Sadly we didn’t get the cool shadows because we had a bit of a cloud cover.
